How it works
TRT & enclomiphene
One flat monthly membership covers everything — provider visits, ongoing monitoring, and the medication shipped from a U.S.-licensed pharmacy. No separate pharmacy bill.
Jump to the TRT path →Weight loss (GLP-1s)
Your $99/mo membership covers clinical care. Because every GLP-1 we offer is brand-name, the dispensing pharmacy bills you separately for the medication at the manufacturer's retail price.

TRT ($199/mo) and enclomiphene (starting at $129/month) memberships are all-in. Your monthly fee includes provider visits, your personalized protocol, ongoing monitoring, and the medication itself, shipped from a U.S.-licensed pharmacy. There is no separate pharmacy invoice for the medication.
Answer a short, non-medical questionnaire so we can flag any contraindications before you pay for an intake or labs.
Subscribe to TRT or enclomiphene care and complete your full medical history. Your $199 or $149 monthly membership covers provider visits and ongoing monitoring.

If your labs and history meet criteria, your provider builds your personalized protocol. Medication ships from a U.S.-licensed pharmacy and is included in your membership.
We require Total Testosterone, Hemoglobin, PSA, and LH drawn between 7–10 a.m. within the last 6 months. To avoid paying for labs that won't result in a prescription, take the eligibility check first.
Weight loss · GLP-1s
Every GLP-1 on our site is a brand-name medication (Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, Foundayo®). The manufacturer sets the retail price, and the dispensing pharmacy collects that payment directly from you. Your NowYou subscription is separate — it pays for the clinical service, not the drug.
Your $99/mo membership covers your provider visits, prescription review, and ongoing care-team support. You're not paying for medication yet.
A licensed U.S. provider reviews your intake and labs. If clinically appropriate, they issue a prescription at the starting dose for your plan.
The dispensing pharmacy reaches out directly to confirm shipping address, privacy/HIPAA terms, and your payment method for the medication.
You pay the pharmacy directly at the manufacturer's retail/self-pay price for your prescribed dose. Medication ships discreetly to your door, typically within 3–5 business days.
Brand-name GLP-1 pricing is set by Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly through NovoCare® and LillyDirect®. Most manufacturers offer cash-pay programs; eligibility and enrollment requirements apply. Your provider can help you understand what to expect at your dose.
